Taekwondo last night was fun but tough. I think i lost damn lot of fats and gained muscles.
Ran 10rounds, Running is much easier in fact. Warm-up exercise after that, i realised there is this exercise which seems easy but it's actually not! Another hard one is this:
I remember i can do this when i'm pri.2 but uhhh well, old already. After 15min of such warm-up, we started with circuit training.Definition of Circuit training:
A form of conditioning in which you string together a number of exercises completing one after another without rest or with minimal rest. The exercises that you string together form what is called the circuit.
30Push-up> 30Sit-up> 30 Squats> 30moutain climbing (X3 SETS)
Alright it may seems little but everytime Sir Kaixian will increase to 45 or worse, 60 cos' people ain't doing. Moutain Climbing was the hardest cos' squats reduced our leg energy to the lowest and moutain climbing was like wth -.-
Hoho, after the hell training, pratice pattern. Sir Kaixian was in charge of my group o.0 After pon-ing taekwondo for months, obviously i dont remember anything! He had to teach me again cos' Geraldine teach me til she pekcek, hehe.
After that, de-brief and left! Anyway, sir vives thought i'm sec1, urgghhhhh! ):

u knw the starting position of running?
Thn in that position, move ur leg forward and backward, and is do 30 counts of 4, ><
lol that is called mountain climbing? okie I did that exercise before..very tiring 1 if u do properly and dont slack..hehe
Thats why i tired, cos' i never slack :D
